1. Place your holds through the Catalog at www.GeaugaLibrary.net, with the Clevnet app, or by calling your local library.
2. Await a phone call from GCPL to let you know your hold is ready for pickup.
3. Call your local Branch from your home or car to schedule a pick-up.
Please check your branch’s hours as they have changed. 
4. Follow Branch-specific instructions for receiving your materials.
5. Book drops reopen on May 19. Returns will be removed from accounts after at least 72 hours and no fines will be charged to quarantined items.

If you wish to pick up items that you have on hold, you must first phone the library at 440-286-6811. You may phone from your car upon arrival, or from home prior to arriving at the library. When you arrive at the library, park your vehicle, call 440 286-6811. Open your trunk. Stay in the vehicle. We will place holds in your trunk.

Returns can not be accepted at the Admin. Center at this time. Materials can be returned to Book Drops at branches.

The school entrance has two sets of doors into the atrium.  The left side doors will be used for holds pick up.  The right side doors closest to the library entrance will be locked, as well as the door to the library.  There is a table near the far left wall, in front of the totem pole, where holds will be placed for pick up.
